Suitable for all levels, this class incorporates various resistance levels and tempo intervals to challenge and inspire you in a supportive environment. STRENGTH + FLOW

    This class combines strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Colleen guides you through a Vinyasa yoga flow with light strength movements!

BARRE

  • A barre class is a low-impact body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, barre targets and tones muscles while improving posture, flexibility and balance. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, increase mobility, or simply unwind, our instructors create welcoming, inclusive classes that inspire growth, balance and connection.

SPIN — STRENGTH

  • Welcome to the perfect balance of cardio and strength, offering a well-rounded movement experience!

    This integrated class combines the cardiovascular benefits of spinning with the added strength benefits of weight and resistance band training.

    Full-body and time-efficient, Spin to Strength targets various muscle groups for both endurance and muscle engagement!

QIGONG

  • Join Julie at Riverview for this free seasonal Qigong Class! 

    Following the seasons and elements of traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong is a calming, yet energizing simple movement practice that anyone can do. Qigong combines breath work and moving meditation, circulating energy in the body. 

    Julie says this is her favorite way to calm the nervous system! 

SCULPT + SOUL

     Sculpt + Soul is a transformative workout experience that blends full-body sculpting with mindful movement, designed to tone muscles, boost endurance and nourish your inner calm.
