    Deeply passionate, Anna believes in wellness through collaboration.

    Anna is the Owner and Founder of Riverview Wellness as well as a Licensed Aesthetician, former Massage Therapist, airbrush and permanent makeup artist with more than a decades worth of experience. Having opened her first spa in 2012, Riverview has been a long time dream and to see it come to life, further sparks Anna’s passion for providing overall wellness to her clients and the clients of Riverview. With her attention to detail and keen eye, Anna offers industry leading, high-end services and techniques to her clients, achieving their skincare and wellness goals. Anyone in Anna’s chair will find relaxation and results.

    Emily graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in February 2010. She has been doing massage ever since! Her specialties include (but not limited to) connective tissue dysfunction, low back and hip pain, and issues that arise in women's health.

    When Emily is not massaging, you can find her at home with my husband Kyle, and their three kiddos Opal, Flora, and Milo. They live on a farm just outside of Quasqueton, where Kyle raises livestock including hogs and cattle. Emily and the kids love to tag along on adventures with Kyle, foraging for wild edibles, as well as getting over their heads with a garden that always ends up being too big.

    Part of Emily’s time at Riverview will be spent teaching lifestyle classes! Her love of “lost arts” brings a unique approach to Riverview and we can’t wait for her to share her multifaceted talents with you all!

    Functional Dietitian 

    Cara has been a practicing dietitian for over 15 years and has a wide variety of experience in the clinical and outpatient settings. In recent years she has gained further training in functional medicine and uses this knowledge to help clients take a root-cause approach to healing and feeling their best while also making it realistic. 

    Cara loves to nerd out on functional labs and teach clients how their body and metabolism actually work and support them as they break up with dietiing for good!  As as result, clients are empowered to confidently make food and lifestyle choices while sustainably reaching their health goals and improving their relationship with food. Cara believes it is possible to respect your mind and body while working on physical change. 

    Struggles client's often come to Cara with include: disordered eating, metabolism, and gut health concerns. 

    In 2020 Cara was awarded the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award by the Iowa Academy of Dietetics for her accomplishments in the nutrition field. 

    When Cara is not working with clients, she enjoys being a busy mom to 4 young kiddos, gardening, and raising pasture pigs and chickens with her husband Jason.

    Reagan is a graduate of Capri College in Cedar Rapids, where working in a med spa was always her goal.

    She has a true passion for skincare and loves helping clients feel confident in their skin through facials and skin treatments. Reagan also enjoys providing the cosmetic side of esthetics, including lashes, brows, and waxing.

    When she’s not at the spa, you’ll likely find her coaching volleyball, grabbing a coffee, enjoying a shopping day, or spending time with her friends, family and fur babies.

    Lacy is a 2007 Capri College graduate in cosmetology + former salon owner with over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry.

    After successfully running her salon in Manchester for 10 years, she chose to step back from behind the chair to focus on raising her three children — Knox, Loretta, and Scarlett.

    When she’s not supporting her kids’ passions for baseball, football, and dance, Lacy enjoys camping and spending quality time with her husband, kids, family + friends.

    Mark Odden is a graduate of South Dakota State University College of Nursing in 1980. He completed the Nurse Anesthesia program at the Mayo Clinic School of Health-Related Sciences in 1984.  He later received an MBA in 1993 from the College of Business at the University of Iowa.  


    Mark began his career in anesthesia at Mayo Clinic and then later at Regional Medical Center in Manchester prior to forming Iowa Anesthesia Services, a company that provides anesthesia and pain care services to hospitals in northeast Iowa in 2001.  He is the past President and clinical director of Iowa Anesthesia, L.C and current President of Odden Anesthesia Services, L.C.  Mark continues to enjoy providing surgical and obstetric anesthesia, pain care services along with providing aesthetic services.  Whether in the operating room, obstetrics, pain clinic or providing aesthetic services, Mark’s focus is on his patients and providing the care that returns them to an optimal state of health.

  • LMFT, CCPT

    Colleen, owner of Unalome Counseling, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling from Capella University. Colleen has provided therapy and counseling to children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families for over 5 years in both community mental health centers and private practice. She has experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, self esteem, PTSD, trauma and marital or family conflict. She is passionate about helping people work toward personal growth and fully connecting to themselves and others.

    Colleen works from a systemic and collaborative therapeutic approach to help clients acknowledge the various unique contexts which impact their lives, connect with their strengths and learn new ways to live authentically and completely. Her empathy and warmth help create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and heal. Colleen has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma Focused Yoga and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

    Colleen sees individual clients, couples and families in office, through telehealth or at any of the West Delaware or St. Mary’s schools. In addition to providing therapy, Colleen provides clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and clinicians working toward independent licensure.

    Colleen is honored and excited to be joining the women at Riverview and to be a part of such a supportive and uplifting group.

    Lucy is a licensed massage therapist, graduating from Carlson College of Massage Therapy. Lucy provides tailored relaxation sessions to achieve her clients’ individualized health goals.

    She is very passionate about exercise and learning how the human body works. Lucy decided to become a massage therapist because it allows her to help people both physically and mentally. She enjoys this career because her clients come in with different goals for each session everyday so there’s always something new and she loves being able to help others feel good. Lucy is happy to have this career so she can be a life long learner!

    Meet Mallory Cunningham our esteemed nurse with over 13 years of invaluable experience in healthcare. With a passion for patient care and a dedication to excellence, Mallory brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team at Suites at Riverview.

    Having begun her career in nursing over a decade ago, Mallory has honed her skills in various medical settings, including hospitals, and clinics.  Throughout her journey, she has developed a deep understanding of patient needs and has cultivated a compassionate approach to healthcare.

    In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with kids, nurturing her love for family and creating cherished memories together. Whether it's singing their favorite songs, exploring the great outdoors, or attending kids' events. She is looking forward to providing genuine care to each individual who walks through our doors . She brings a unique perspective to our practice, blending clinical expertise with a keen eye for beauty.
